General Information for Payment with Credit Card

Anacondaweb uses the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layers) technology, to encrypt all of your billing information (credit card number, name, address) so that it cannot be read when transmitted. This process guarantees that your personal information is safe and secure when signing up for an Anacondaweb account.

Anacondaweb accepts Visa, Diners Club, Master Card, Magna, American Express, Discover, and eCheck. Anacondaweb uses two external services for processing credit cards, PAYPAL and WEBPAY. Both services are very well known for their security, thus ensuring that your transaction is safe.

PAYPAL, an Ebay.com Company

If you choose to pay with PAYPAL, the following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and eCheck.

It is important to understand that Anacondaweb does not receive any information regarding your credit card. It simply sends a value to PAYPAL and your credit card is received and processed on their website, using the most advanced security systems, and then it returns a positive or negative result to Anacondaweb, allowing us to continue or end your transaction.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are paying with PayPal, then you will only be able begin making your website once Anacondaweb has verified your payment. This can take up to 24 hours after the payment is made. Once we have approved receipt of your payment you will receive an email advising you that you can access your Anacondaweb account and begin creating your website.

WEBPAY, a Transbank Company

If you choose to pay with WEBPAY, the following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Diners Club, Mastercard, Magna, American Express.

If using Webpay as your choice of payment, we can offer you the possibility of paying in interest-free instalments. These operations may only be carried out using credit cards issued in Chile, in Chilean pesos, with a maximum of three interest-free monthly quotas.

Check

You can pay by mailing us a US dollar check, made out to Conectu.com Ltda.. If choosing this option it is preferable to send the check via registered mail to Conectu.com, Casilla 760, Temuco, IX Region, Chile. Please include a note with the name of your site, or the email you used to register with Anacondaweb so that we can activate your site.

Bank Deposit (Only in Chile)
